Forum Cleanup

All sections of the Forum have been reviewed and cleaned from old posts. Most of them were from before 2010 and referred to problems and solutions present in preliminary versions of MDT, which have been improved or changed long time ago and have no relation to the current shape of MDT. Furthermore the FAQ section has been updated. We hope this will bring fresh and clear view of the Forum and encourage you to visit more often.
