The Draft editor is Magik editor for editing write protected Magik files.
Write protected file means a file with read-only flag set or a file without write permission.
Draft editor allows you to make temporary changes to any important Magik files without the
fear of an accidental change in their content. Changes made may be rejected at any time just
by closing the editor. Draft editor also allows you to save modified Magik file in your
workspace if necessary.
Draft editor has almost all features of standard Magik editor: outline, content assist, templates etc.
You can also transmit Magik code from the editor to a GIS session. Source code from draft editor
can also be debugged.
