Single User License

Activation
When purchasing process is completed you will get the activation key(s) by e-mail. The licenses are maintained by a License Server and have to be activated via MDT License Manager (go to Help⇒MDT License Manager).

Transfer
Single User License and Annual Maintenance Services License are assigned to a specific computer and its settings. In case of hardware failure or hardware configuration change, please inform us so your license could be reassigned.


Portable License

Activation
When purchasing process is completed Hardware Key coded on USB drive will be shipped to you.
The USB device stores the pre-activated MDT Professional Edition binaries. You may copy and use these software packages on any computer with dedicated USB drive plugged in. It does not require Internet activation.
If you downloaded MDT binaries from our web site the activation file stored in USB device will allow to activate MDT on any computer with this USB device plugged in through MDT License Manager (go to Help⇒MDT License Manager).

Transfer
No transfer limitations. You can run and update MDT on every computer with the Hardware Key plugged in.


Full text of licenses

End User License is included in MDT install files. During MDT installation process you have the possibility to save and print the full content of license.
